The Magen 6000 system is a protection solution made from a silicone polymeric composite material (patent-registered). The material dries rapidly, is applied by spraying, and creates a strong, durable protective layer. It transforms ordinary walls into reinforced protective spaces with minimal thickness, ideal for defending structures against security threats. The system has undergone a series of stringent tests and meets all standards. It is approved as a protective solution by the Home Front Command and the Ministry of Defense

The Magen 6000 protection system is compatible with almost every type of structure, whether constructed from blocks, Ytong, concrete, steel, cast ceilings, or ribbed ceilings. The system is applied according to the instructions and definitions of the Home Front Command, customized to the type of structure.

Magen 6000 was developed within the Israeli defense industry with the goal of providing maximal, tailor-made protection in response to the relevant reference threat (design basis threat) for the State of Israel. The Magen 6000 protection system has been tested in scores of experiments over more than a decade, against extreme threats simulating impacts from missiles, rockets, mortars, and various threats, including unconventional threats. The Magen 6000 system is approved by the Home Front Command, the Ministry of Defense, and all security bodies.

The Magen 6000 protection system holds approvals from all security agencies in Israel, which actively deploy the system according to the reference threat and requirement.

An authorized installer on behalf of the company will perform all the protection work. The work includes removing parts of the flooring, baseboards (panels), and door frames, installing standard doors and windows, installing filtration openings, and protecting the walls with the Magen 6000 system. The work is carried out using dedicated machinery via spraying, all in accordance with the engineering details approved by the Home Front Command. The material dries to the touch within 5-10 seconds. The protection layer thickness is approximately 2 cm.

Following the completion of the protection work, the room will be restored to its original state, including flooring, painting, electrical points, communication, and all other necessary elements. The final result is a minimal change to the room’s structure, without forcing any significant alterations.

The Magen 6000 system requires standard constructive infrastructure (e.g., concrete floor and concrete ceiling). In structures where these conditions are not met, Rotem Magen Technologies Ltd. will define the necessary actions to convert the chosen room into a protected space according to the Home Front Command guidelines and will proceed with the preparation of the corresponding infrastructure.
